The San Pablo City Water District (SPCWD) informs its valued customers and the general public that, pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114 on the implementation of a compressed work week as part of energy conservation and cost-saving measures, the District will implement a compressed work week effective September 7, 2026, onwards.

PAYMENT OF WATER BILLS AND APPLICATIONS FOR NEW WATER SERVICE CONNECTIONS

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

MONDAY TO FRIDAY
