TRABAHO MO, KAYA KO!
This program is unique for SPCWD. Now in its 5th year since its launch in 2017, "Trabaho Mo, Kaya, Ko” is a program wherein women employees do the work that men do. SPCWD women employees get to choose a man's work at SPCWD, and challenge themselves to do it good, if not better than men, like plumbing, meter reading, water meter calibration, driving heavy equipment vehicles, among others.
This activity is a celebration of women’s versatility, flexibility and adaptability. In these challenging times, women can empower themselves encompassing gender issues.
