SPCWD KICKS OFF 126^th PHILIPPINE CIVIL SERVICE ANNIVERSARY CELBRATION

“Puso, Dangal at Galing para sa Bayan”

01 September 2026, Monday| The San Pablo City Water District (SPCWD) officially kicked off its celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) today, September 1, at the SPCWD Main Office parking grounds, carrying this year’s theme, “Puso, Dangal at Galing para sa Bayan.”

Following the regular Flag-Raising Ceremony, SPCWD employees gathered for a fun and energetic Zumba Fitness activity, promoting health and wellness while fostering camaraderie and a positive workplace atmosphere among the District’s employees.

The kick-off activity served as a meaningful start to a month-long celebration honoring the dedication and commitment of public servants in delivering quality service to the community.

Throughout September, SPCWD has prepared a lineup of activities and initiatives designed to engage employees, strengthen teamwork and camaraderie, promote employee well-being, and reinforce the values of integrity, excellence, and commitment to public service.

These activities aim to remind every SPCWD employee of the important role they play in serving the people of San Pablo City and in upholding the ideals embodied by this year’s Civil Service Month theme—Puso, Dangal at Galing para sa Bayan.

As SPCWD joins the nationwide observance of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, the District continues to uphold its commitment to a dedicated and service-oriented workforce, working together to provide better and more reliable public service to the people of San Pablo City.
