As part of the continuing celebration of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary, themed “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan”, the San Pablo City Water District (SPCWD) officially opened its 6th Trade Fair yesterday, Sept. 14, 2026, through a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the SPCWD Main Office.
Running from Sept. 14 until Sept. 16, the Trade Fair brings together SPCWD employees as they showcase and sell a range of products, from food and delicacies to pre-loved and brand-new clothing, bags and accessories, handicrafts, and other items.
More than a place to buy and sell, the 6th SPCWD Trade Fair is a celebration of the creativity, skills, and entrepreneurial spirit of SPCWD employees. It gives them an opportunity to share what they have to offer while encouraging colleagues to support and patronize one another’s products. The activity received the full support of the SPCWD Management and the Board of Directors, who continue to support initiatives that bring employees together, encourage participation, and strengthen camaraderie within the District.
Residents of the City of San Pablo are warmly invited to visit the SPCWD Main Lobby until tomorrow, Sept. 16, and support our dedicated employees.
Through activities like the Trade Fair, SPCWD continues to foster a workplace where employees can connect, share their talents, and support one another, reflecting the spirit of this year’s Civil Service Anniversary theme: “Bawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, at Galing Para sa Bayan.”
