NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT

Contract No. 2025-170

Supply and Delivery of 200 Drums Chlorine Powder (45kg.) 70% Calcium Hypochlorite Granules

Please be informed that the Bid Opening for Contract No. 2025-170 Supply and Delivery of 200 Drums Chlorine Powder (45kg.) 70% Calcium Hypochlorite Granules scheduled on October 13, 2025 will be postponed since the BAC Chairman and Vice Chairman are both on Official Business to attend the 30^th Regional Conference of Human Resource Management Practitioners at Clark, Pampanga on October 13 to 15, 2025.

Furthermore, from October 16 to 17, 2025, the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and Technical Working Group (TWG) are on Official Business to attend Management Meeting at Tagaytay City. Hence, the bid opening for the above-mentioned contract will be rescheduled.

Notice of Postponement of the bidding is hereby issued pursuant to Section 29 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules of R.A. 9184 stating:

“In case the bids cannot be opened as scheduled due to justifiable reasons, the BAC shall take custody of the bids submitted and reschedule the opening of bids on the next working day or at the soonest possible time through the issuance of a Notice of Postponement to be posted in the PhilGEPS website and the website of the Procuring Entity concerned.”
