CHANGE IN THE SCHEDULE OF BID OPENING

Project Title: Supply and Delivery of One (1) unit Jackhammer and One (1) unit Air Compressor

This Supplemental Bid Bulletin is issued to inform all prospective bidders of the change in the schedule for the above-mentioned procurement.

In accordance with Proclamation No. 1006 dated September 3, 2025, issued by the Office of the President of the Philippines, declaring November 1, 2026 (Sunday), in observance of All Saints’ Day, and November 2, 2026 (Monday), in observance of All Souls’ Day, as Special Non-Working Days, the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) hereby announces the following revised schedule:

Accordingly, all prospective bidders are hereby advised to take note of the revised schedule indicated above.

All other terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the Bidding Documents not affected by this Supplemental Bid Bulletin shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

This Supplemental Bid Bulletin shall form part of the Bidding Documents and shall be posted in the PhilGEPS website and the San Pablo City Water District website, if applicable, in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
