The San Pablo City Water District, A Corporation duly organized under PD 198 as amended, is tasked to contribute to the improvement of the quality of life of the residents of the San Pablo City by providing potable, adequate and affordable water supply in the entire city while remaining to be self-reliant and financially viable water district.
